1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LearnAll, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of LearnAll, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Course Access and Purchases

When you purchase a course on LearnAll:

  • You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content
  • Access is granted for your personal, non-commercial use only
  • Course prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • You will receive a receipt via email after purchase
  • Course access is typically granted immediately upon successful payment

We reserve the right to modify course pricing at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already made.

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • You must have completed less than 20% of the course content
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Upon refund, access to the course will be revoked

5. Intellectual Property

All content on LearnAll, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LearnAll or its content creators and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
  • Share your account credentials or course access with others
  • Download or record course videos (unless explicitly permitted)
  • Use course materials for commercial purposes
  • Remove or modify copyright notices or watermarks

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
  • Post spam, malware, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
  • Engage in any activity that violates these terms or applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Content Disclaimer

While we strive to provide high-quality educational content:

  • Course content is for informational and educational purposes only
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from taking our courses
  • Content accuracy, completeness, or reliability is not guaranteed
  • Professional advice should be sought for specific situations

8. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may suspend or modify the platform for:

  • Scheduled maintenance and updates
  • Emergency repairs or security issues
  • Technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • LearnAll is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question
  • We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • We are not liable for third-party services or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LearnAll, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these terms of service
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of the platform or other users
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Any other reason at our sole discretion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access courses will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Severability

14. Entire Agreement
